Annette Koberlein, who holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation, is a trader at Point72 Asset Management. She works directly with two portfolio teams in the Technology and Industrial Sectors, whose combined assets under management total over $1B. 

Her career in finance began at Bear Stearns’ Hedge Fund Relationship group in 2005.  In 2008, she landed her first trading seat on Bear Stearns’ International desk. That same year, she joined, S.A.C. Capital, as a Jr. Trader. Since 2005, Annette’s constant focus has been on acquiring knowledge of what can move the market and how to accurately measure and read sentiment. She earned the CAIA designation in 2009, the CMT designation in 2011 and the CFA designation in 2014.
