Dave Halfpap, now retired, was formerly the Head of Investment Strategy at Aegeon USA Investment Management Inc, where he headed up the Strategy Group responsible for the firm’s macroeconomic outlook, view on interest rates, and relative value of fixed income asset classes, equities, and alternatives. Previously, he was the Lead Portfolio Manager for Transamerica (TA) insurance company portfolios. 

Dave has direct asset management experience in three asset classes; equities, high yield, and corporate bonds, including mutual funds in all three. His indirect asset management experience spans all fixed income classes, equities, and alternatives, which he handled as the lead portfolio manager of TA’s insurance, pension, and foundation portfolios.
