Kaizad Marolia has over 10 years of work experience across the financial and educational industries and is currently the Head of Partnerships and Growth in Asia at CMT Association, the top global credentialing and advocacy body for technical analysis, as well as the founder of 2 start-ups. Kaizad is responsible for growing the presence of CMT Association and the CMT Program across the Asia Pacific region, working closely with Industry, Academia, Regulatory and the Non-Profit sectors.
Prior to CMT Association, Kaizad worked in the knowledge industry responsible for business development and growth for GLG in South Asia from 2019 to 2020.
Kaizad worked for Bloomberg for over six and a half years from 2013 to 2019. During his term at Bloomberg, Kaizad worked across various roles including Marketing, Events, Analytics, Account Management, Sales & Business Development and finally went ahead to achieve a leadership position responsible for leading a team of motivated professionals and growing the Bloomberg business in South Asia across the Education, Sell-side, Corporations, Banking and Buy-side industries.
Kaizad’s early career started off working in the commodities market in 2011 and then moving into Sales and Marketing roles in the commercial media sales space from 2012 to 2013.
Kaizad’s decade of work experience has helped him gather and master skills of entrepreneurship, enterprise & institutional sales, business development, marketing, client relationship management, strategy, public speaking, presentations etc. Today he leverages those skills to pursue career goals and mentor youth driven to achieve the same.
