Kevin Hockert, who holds the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation, is the Director of Portfolio Strategies at the Prospero Institute for Investors, Inc. He has over 24 years of experience in market analysis, portfolio management, and the development and delivery of quantitative investment strategies which have resulted in the prudent direction of investment capital and the improvement of client financial profitability and stability. In addition to his CMT, he also holds an MFTA designation, and is the former co-chair of the Minnesota Chapter of the CMT Association.
