As Head HR, she overlooks the Talent Acquisition, Talent development, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Comp & Ben and also over look Org structure and the Communication agenda to reinforce the Value proposition and Culture.
Rashmi has 25+ yrs experience in financial services industry, with 10 years in sales and distribution of Asset products, Mutual funds and Equity broking. She transition to HR in 2004 and has spent 14+ years in setting up HR processes and policies and building teams. Being in the business facing role earlier gives her the ability to understand business and integrate with HR initiatives.
She has worked on projects to redefine 360 degree review and Employee Grade systems, Automating Performance scorecards and KRA system. Compensation benchmarking to evaluate market movements and Talent development. She has also implemented Structured Role based Learning programs to drive an Engaged workforce – building people connect and belonging.
