Rob Sluymer is a Managing Director and Technical Strategist at Fundstrat Global Advisors, with over 25 years of expertise in investment research and technical analysis.
He started his career with RBC Capital Markets in Toronto in 1991 as a Research Associate, and later moved to New York where he served as a Managing Director leading RBC’s U.S. Technical Research team. Robert’s technical approach marries a top down intra-market analysis with a bottom-up, stock by stock methodology that applies momentum, to identify turning points with a focus on relative performance to locate shifts in leadership.
Mr. Sluymer received a graduate degree in Business Administration from Brock University in Ontario, Canada. He is a CFA charterholder and regularly appears on CNBC and Bloomberg television.
