Solomon Shields is the Director of Product Management at Nasdaq, responsible for the Nasdaq Analytics Hub, which provides third-party and alternative data to Nasdaq clients. Also at Nasdaq, Solomon was Product Manager running Product Development for the Nasdaq Futures (NFX) and Nasdaq Energy Futures (NEF) partnership valued at 1 billion USD. He ran Product Management for Nasdaq Futures Markets and Energy/Commodity Initiatives. Prior to Nasdaq, Solomon was Head Of Market Risk for North American Energy Credit and Clearing Corporation. He has extensive experience in Futures/Forward markets, Market Risk management, AML/KYC/Surveillance, and Quantitative Equity/Option Trading systems (built and sold).

Solomon holds a Master of Science Degree from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree of Science from Coastal Carolina University.
