Register for the CMT Exam

Candidates who register during the early registration and standard period may request a cancellation of their exam and will be eligible for a full refund within two weeks of payment. Candidates registering during late registration deadline may request a cancellation of their exam and will be eligible for a refund minus the test center administration fees within two days of payment. You must provide a confirmation of your cancellation from Prometric to receive your refund. Please see Policies and Procedures for deferment guidelines.

If you do not arrive at your scheduled exam date/time/test center location, the examination fee is forfeited. There are no refunds or transfers. Plan to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow for check-in procedures. If you are late in arriving, you will not be allowed to test and will forfeit your exam fee.  Please plan your travels accordingly.

The content of the CMT exams is confidential and proprietary and is protected by trade secret and other intellectual property laws. It is made available to you, the candidate, solely for the purpose of becoming accredited. You are expressly prohibited from disclosing, publishing, reproducing, or transmitting any exam content, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, verbal or written, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose, without the prior express written permission of the CMT Association.
