Aneesh Srivastava, Chief Investment Officer, Star Health.
Aneesh has his MBA in Finance and is a certified CFA & FRM. He carries 28 years of diverse & rich investment experience across various asset classes and has managed domestic as well as foreign funds. During his career he has closely interacted with global fund managers like Allianz, Ageas & Caledonia. He has a rich background of macro-economic, fixed income & equity research. He decides the investment strategy for Star Health and implements strategic & tactical asset allocation for investment portfolios.
Prior to joining Star Health, Aneesh had been a founding senior management committee member of IDBI Federal Life Insurance Company. There he worked for 12 years and was instrumental and setting up investment desk. During his tenure assets of the company grew from Rs. Hundred Crores to Rs. Ten Thousand Crores. He represented his organization in various domestic & international investment forums. Before this, Aneesh has worked with India Capital Growth Fund, a London based fund promoted by Caledonia, an investment trust in UK. He also managed funds for Bajaj Allianz Life & Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Companies. In the early part of his career he worked with large non-banking finance companies as asset managers and also as an investment banker.
In his leisure time he likes playing Table Tennis, going for long walks and prefers beach holidays.
