Jack Hughes is the owner and founder of Beanpot Financial Services, Inc. of Boston, MA. Previously, he was a member of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange from 1987-1995 where he owned his own Floor Brokerage operation executing client orders on the floor of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in the SP 500 Futures Trading Pit.

Jack is the author of Beanpot PowerPlay, a valuable daily morning report of individual ideas and novel approaches, incorporating original perspectives on investing, trading, and market observations, as well as the “Beanpot Trap”, a Supply and Demand Sentiment Indicator which is followed closely by astute market professionals. He continues to develop and launch proprietary algorithms designed to identify and exploit investment opportunities across multiple markets, including Equity, ETF’s, Currency, Fixed Income, Futures and Commodities. He was a consultant for State Street Global Advisors Investment Solutions Group Alpha Team Boston MA 2014-2015. Jack built and had coded a Predictive 100% Systematic Universal Macro-Strategic and Tactical Algorithm that soundly beat all of the benchmarks.

Jack is a Chartered Market Technician and a Commodity Trading Advisor.
