Karen Benefiel is the Founder & President of Navalis Wealth Management in Omaha, NE. Karen manages investment portfolios for high-net-worth clients, including securities and cryptocurrencies. 

Prior to Navalis Wealth Management Karen was 1 of 4 portfolio managers at Cambridge Advisors from 2003 to 2023. Her primary responsibilities included securities research, macro focused idea generation and client portfolio management.  As a portfolio manager, she used technical indicators that include oscillators, moving averages, relative strength and volatility to manage and implement client investments.  Prior to Cambridge Advisors, she was an investment specialist at Charles Schwab where she worked with retail clients.

She holds a BS in both Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Kansas.  Karen has been a member of the CMT Association since 2008 and achieved the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation in 2015.  She serves as treasurer on the CMT Association’s Board of Directors and is the Chair of the Audit committee.  She holds the DACFP certification from the Digital Asset Council of Financial Professionals.
