Marc Chaikin is the CEO of Chaikin Analytics, which he founded a decade ago after spending 40 years on Wall Street as a trader, stock broker analyst and head of the options department at a prominent brokerage firm. His firm’s analytics are based on the Chaikin Power Gauge, a multi-factor alpha model proven effective at identifying a stock’s potential. Marc pioneered the 1st real-time analytics workstation for portfolio managers and stock traders, now part of Thomson Reuters’ institutional workstation, and developed computerized stock selection models and technical indicators, including Chaikin Money Flow, which are industry standards.

Most recently, his firm has collaborated with Nasdaq and IndexIQ to bring the Chaikin Power Gauge stock rating approach to the ETF marketplace for the first time. The Nasdaq Chaikin Indexes, powered by the Power Gauge Rating, have outperformed their benchmarks since their inception in April 2014.
