Matthew Coll is Head of Business Development and Investor Relations at O’Neil Global Advisors, an SEC Registered Investment Adviser. He helps shape the company’s overall business strategy, develops investment strategies for the institutional market, and manages its relationships with clients, prospects, and investment consultants.

Mr. Coll is an industry veteran with over 25 years’ experience in asset management. Most recently, he ran Business Development & Consultant Relations, and then served as Head of Global Partnerships and Marketing at Arrowstreet Capital, where assets under management more than doubled during his tenure. His previous roles include Partner at Westfield Capital Management, where he was responsible for business development, consultant relations, relationship management, and strategic planning.

He started in asset management with Wellington Management in London and Boston, where he was responsible for hedge fund and institutional investor relations, oversaw the offshore funds business unit and served on the London Management Committee.
