Will Tamplin is a Senior Analyst at Fairlead Strategies. He joined Fairlead Strategies shortly after graduating from the University of Richmond, where he was at the top of the business school’s Technical Analysis class. He received the CMT designation this year.

Will held an internship with Matrix Capital Markets Group in the summer of 2020 during which he honed his analytical skills. He is a registered investment advisor and helps facilitate Fairlead Strategies research and consulting services. His passion for markets developed at a young age with the inspiration of his father, who instilled his technical approach.

Will has cleared all three levels of the Chartered Market Technician® exams and expects to receive his charter in 2024.

In his free time, Will enjoys playing golf after having played competitively as a student-athlete on the UR Spider golf team.
