Willie Delwiche has over two decades of experience providing perspective on the financial markets and the economy, including 15+ years of active risk management through a suite of proprietary tactical ETF portfolios.

Prior to pursuing a more independent path, he was Managing Director, Investment Strategist and member of the Investment Policy Committee, at Baird, a Milwaukee-based financial services firm with Financial Advisors in locations all across the United States.

Willie received a BA in Economics from the University of Maryland and an MA in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He is both a Chartered Market Technician and a CFA Charter holder. Over the years he been a university guest lecturer, keynote speaker and symposia panelist, and is regularly asked by various media outlets to share his perspective on the latest market developments.

Since 2021, Willie has been the Investment Strategist with All Star Charts, launching the ASC+PLUS service and managing the firm’s Dynamic ETF Portfolios. Away from the market, he is passionate about urban gardening and is a sourdough bread baker and amateur winemaker.
