Bill Kelleher, CMT, CFA is a seasoned investment professional with deep expertise in technical analysis and systematic trading. He recently joined Teixeira Partners to help expand the firm and is currently leading the launch of the Technical Opportunities hedge fund.

Previously, Bill served as Co-Chief Investment Officer of the ETFC Multi-Strategy Quant Fund, where he spent four years overseeing a systematic hedge fund. The Connecticut-based firm, in partnership with two family offices, leveraged proprietary technical analysis-driven algorithms to generate alpha across multiple timeframes during its eight-year track record.

Bill began his financial career as a specialist and market maker on the Boston Stock Exchange for Morgan Stanley. Over the years, he has built a reputation for his expertise in market structure, quantitative strategies, and technical trading.

Beyond his investment career, Bill serves as a Director on the Board of CMT Association, where he plays a key role in shaping global conferences, curating themes, and advancing thought leadership in technical analysis.

He holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designations. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Bill earned a B.A. in Political Science while competing as a four-year Division I hockey player. Before entering the financial industry, he played two seasons in the European Elite professional hockey leagues.
