2. Election of CMT Association Directors for Fiscal Year Starting 1 July 2025
In accordance with the CMT Association Constitution, the Governance Committee presents the following slate of candidates for Director at Large to serve a 3-year term beginning 1 July 2025:

- Damanick Dantes, CMT
- Mohit Handa, CMT
- Cedric Thompson, CMT, CFA
3. Election of CMT Association Officers for Fiscal Year Starting 1 July 2025
In accordance with the CMT Association Constitution, the Governance Committee presents the following slate of candidates for Executive Officer to serve a 1-year term beginning 1 July 2025. Members are asked to vote “YES,” “NO,” or “ABSTAIN” for the recommended slate:
- President: John Kolovos, CMT, CFA
- Vice President: Kelly Corbiere, CMT, CFA, CFP®
- Treasurer: Eric Caisse, CMT, CFA, CFP®

4. Renewal of 3-Year Term
